Chia (b. 1996, San Jose, Costa Rica) is a Bay-based photographer specializing in lifestyle and portrait work — with an eye for real moments, great light, and people who know their angles (or trust her to find them).
She took up photography to show her loved ones the power and radiance she seems in them. Her goal is to make people feel like magic. In the words of Aristotle, "We are what we repeatedly do." As a retired Division 1 track athlete, she's drawn to movement and would love to shoot more editorial-style sports photography.
